Welcome to a pretty recreational tract located in northeastern Fayette County! The location of the tract is in good proximity to Birmingham and Tuscaloosa being about an hour commute from either city. This region of the state is known to produce some of the largest whitetails in the state year after year.
The property is accessed via a deeded easement off of Fayette County Road 63 and has a good road system to and throughout the property. There is a locked gate at the entrance of the easement from the road as well as at the entrance of the property. Once inside the tract you will find a landscape of mixed timber ridges with several beautiful hardwood drains and funnels. A wet-weather branch traverses the tract along the southern border and provides seasonal water. There is also a small pond that has been previously stocked with catfish. Several miles of internal roads meander throughout the tract and are perfect for atv/utv riding as well as slipping around to different parts of the property without disturbing the wildlife. The property has five strategically located food plots with one shooting house in-place. There is also a small equipment shed located on the tract.
The property is shown by appointment only. Please call Lee Gantt for more information or to arrange a private showing.
