His 30-year background in law enforcement, where he rose to the rank of captain, and earned his Masters of Science degree in justice administration from the University of Louisville has provided him with valuable skills in negotiation, communication, and attention to detail; all of which are essential qualities for a Land Agent.

Joe and his wife, Traci, have lived in Camp Branch, AL since they married in 1998. They have two children, Wyatt and Abby, and they are all members of The Church of the Highlands in Alabaster.
