Seth grew up in Northwest GA enjoying 360 acres of family property currently in the 5th generation, allowing him the pleasure of watching his children gain the same love he has for the land. He and his brother Ron share ownership of the property, which is also a certified tree farm. Seth has personally been involved in timber sales on his own properties along with buying and selling real estate for investment potential.
Seth, his wife Jennifer along with their two sons (Trent and Chase) reside in Orange Beach, AL. Seth graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Prior to joining the Southeastern Land Group team, he had 20 years experience in the Banking/Finance industry. He also has his Part 107 certification through the FAA allowing him to fly his drone to either video the property you are selling or give you a birds eye view of the property you are looking to purchase.
